Reading the Bible

BiblePlayer lets you read the Bible on your iPod. You can read the entire New Testament (with Psalms and Proverbs) or parts of the Old Testament. These books are stored in the Notes > bible folder. (Refer to the installation guide for instructions on installing individual books). Once you have added the books you want to read, they will be accessible under the 'Read the Bible' option in the main menu.

To start using the Bible reader

1. On your iPod, start BiblePlayer (Main > Extra > Notes)   2. Select 'Read the Bible'   3. Select a Bible book by scrolling up/down and clicking on it   4. Select a chapter and click it. (wait a few seconds while it loads into memory)   5. To read the chapter, scroll up and down the screen.   6. To select another chapter, click the 'menu' button to go back.

Listening to the Bible while reading

Each Bible chapter contains a 'play' link that will play that chapter's mp3 audio file. By using this feature you can listen to a chapter while reading it.

1. Select a book and chapter to read   2. Once the chapter loads, click on the play link. The chapter audio will play   3. To read while hearing, click the 'menu' button to go back. The audio will continue playing
